Christel and the Magic of Connection
Christel Gutierrez is brilliant and motivated. She has a strong drive to succeed and to help others, and she’s always had plans for what she wanted out of her life.
But there were so many choices for where to focus her efforts, and she already had so many responsibilities that pulled her in different directions, that she felt somewhat lost, unsure when it came to taking the steps needed to move forward.
In 2022, Christel learned about a resource that she knew could help her: Abambyh Business Coaching. She purchased the Business Prompt Deck that Abambyh had designed and made the decision to attend their RESTORE Retreat.
At RESTORE, Christel experienced a profound shift. She realized that she’d found someone who could guide her in establishing and refining her vision of what she wanted to accomplish and help her to start seeing true progress with her goals.
Christel knew she was on the right path. When Abambyh announced another, more intensive retreat, IMMERSION, she was the first to sign up.
At IMMERSION, Christel worked with Alison of Abambyh Business in one-on-one sessions that went beyond business fundamentals and dove right into detailed planning. She attended individualized Emotional Intelligence workshops and met with a writer to help with her mission and vision statements. She achieved the clarity and focus she needed to make decisions on what would come next.
Christel was ready to reach out and grasp her dreams. She decided that she would satisfy her drive to support other high-achieving women in finding balance in their lives by hosting Wellness Retreats that would allow those women to move toward wholeness and health.
Christel then worked with Alison Hartrum during 23-Hour Collab, a coaching program in which she was able to flesh out her plans for her business, Global Planning Enterprise. They created budgets and timelines, established a website, and started putting together ideas for promotional material. Global Planning Enterprise was launched, and Christel will be hosting her first retreat, Serenity, in early 2024.

At Serenity, and subsequent retreats, Christel will fulfill her passion for helping other women. She will assist them in finding the equilibrium she has discovered for herself, and they will go back to their lives with a new perspective on their own strength and value.
Christel knows that connecting with and supporting other women is part of who she is and is of incomparable benefit. The connections she made at Abambyh’s retreats have proved to be precious to her. She recognizes the value of her relationships with other professionals she met. Even before IMMERSION, she flew to New York City to celebrate the launch of fellow RESTORE attendee Faith Bonareri-Rich’s business, Pick A Safari, and began working with Elba Colon of Awaken the Gratitude (Elba was also a guest at RESTORE, as well as IMMERSION).
Christel treasures the friendships made at RESTORE and IMMERSION. She knows how precious these bonds are. That’s why she’s already signed up to attend CONNECT, Abambyh Business’s upcoming networking retreat.
Unlike previous retreats, CONNECT is specifically focused on bringing together professional women in an atmosphere conducive to establishing business and personal relationships and alliances. CONNECT will provide every attendee with the opportunity to expand their network.
