Ten Things We Love About Us: Celebrating Abambyh Business Coaching and our Entrepreneurial Journey

Acknowledging what's going right is a powerful exercise. It's easy for our brains to gravitate toward what’s going wrong – all that negative shit, but it's proven (have you read The Secret?) that we attract more of whatever we're focusing our attention on.

Lately I've been practicing daily mindfulness, yoga, and affirmations - and it feels GREAT. When I open my eyes every morning, the very first thing I do before I get out of bed is I think about something positive and something that I'm grateful for. I've started writing down 10 things that I'm blessed for every single day. And the very last thing before I go to bed, I think about what was the best thing that happened that day. Speaking of which, get yourself a gratitude journal!

So, let's forget the negative and take a moment to really think about what's going well in our lives. What are you doing that you're absolutely kicking ass at? Acknowledge those accomplishments! Encourage yourself, motivate yourself, and praise yourself while creating this list.

At Abambyh Business Coaching, we believe in celebrating our wins—both big and small. It’s a practice that not only boosts morale but also reinforces the values we hold dear as a team. In the spirit of reflection and acknowledging the Power of Manifestation, here are ten things that we are doing incredibly well:

1. Seamless Team Integration: The addition of Tina, Kelley, and Libbie into our team has been a breath of fresh air. Their individual strengths have seamlessly blended with our existing dynamics, creating an even stronger, more cohesive team. It’s not just about filling roles; it’s about finding the right people who elevate the entire company.

2. Openness to Innovation: In a world that’s constantly changing, we’ve embraced innovation with open arms. Whether it’s trying out new tools, adopting fresh strategies, or exploring uncharted territories, our willingness to innovate has kept us flexible and forward-thinking. It's about not settling for less than what we aspire to achieve, and we’re proud to say we never do.

3. Adaptive Pivoting: The ability to pivot has become one of our strongest assets. We've become masters at assessing what's working, what isn’t, and making the necessary adjustments without losing sight of our goals. It’s not just about meeting expectations; it’s about setting our own and following the path that feels right for us.

4. Strategic Planning: Having a plan is one thing, but building a structure that allows for regular review and refinement is what sets us apart. We’ve created a strategic framework that is both structured and flexible, allowing us to grow and adapt in ways that align with our core values and long-term vision.

5. Overcoming Doubts: Doubt is a natural part of the entrepreneurial journey, but we’ve learned how to manage it effectively. By being mindful of intimidating thoughts and reframing challenges as opportunities for growth, we’ve created a culture where our team is agile and embraces change.

6. Work-Life Harmony: Achieving harmony between work and personal life is no small feat, but we’ve made it a priority. By setting clear boundaries and making time for rest and rejuvenation, we ensure that we’re productive without compromising our well-being. It’s not just about working hard; it’s about working smart and living our best lives.

7. Service Refinement: One of our most significant accomplishments has been the refinement of our signature 23-Hour Collab program. Through careful consideration and continuous improvement, we’ve fine-tuned the service and are now attracting the right clients—those who truly resonate with our approach and values.

8. Effective Delegation: Delegation isn’t just about assigning tasks; it’s about trusting the right people to execute them with excellence. By leveraging each team member’s unique strengths, we’ve been able to operate more efficiently and with greater trust, allowing everyone to shine in their respective roles.

9. Versatility in Roles: At Abambyh, we wear all the hats. From generating ideas and copywriting to handling sales and coaching clients, our versatility has been key to our success. This multifaceted approach has allowed us to manage a diverse range of projects and clients, all while maintaining a high standard of quality across the board.

10. Building Connections: Last but certainly not least, we’ve expanded our network and formed meaningful connections through CONNECT events, online communities, and various groups. These relationships have not only improved our business but have also led to friendships that go beyond professional connections. It’s a reminder that at the heart of every business is the human element, and we cherish the bonds we’ve built along the way.

As we celebrate these ten things Abambyh Business Coaching is doing well, we're reminded that challenges and doubts have been a part of our journey, but they've never held us back. Not even close, not even a little bit, not even at all.
